Delay in completion of Emma Ruby House:
We wish to advise that due to an unforeseen issue with regards to the connection of electricity to the site, the completion of Emma Ruby House has been unexpectedly delayed. The Ricky Stuart Foundation understands that Housing ACT are working in partnership with ActewAGL to address the problem to supply power to the building and we are hopeful the certificate of occupancy can be issued very soon in order that support services can commence from this state of the art facility as soon as possible. While this technical challenge is out of our control the Ricky Stuart Foundation wishes to apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and looks forward to Emma Ruby House being operational very shortly.
